OuestRail was created in 2017.
Two years later Philippe Millet created the rail traction company Millet Rail and took control of OuestRail.

Staff of 190, including 150 operational staff. We transport an annual tonnage of 3.3 million tonnes, including 2.1 million tonnes of cereals and 1.2 million tonnes of aggregates.
