For more than 65 years our core business has been the design and manufacture of rail freight wagons: bogies, hopper wagons for the transport of cereals and powdered products, tank wagons for the transport of hazardous materials, intermodal wagons and special wagons.
As a subsidiary of the French group MILLET SAS, we are a national reference in the design and manufacture of rail freight wagons.

August 2019: Titagarh AFR’s receivership is declared. Philippe Millet decides to save the last wagon manufacturing plant in France.
This takeover of the Douai plant allows the Millet group to strengthen its range of activities by adding the construction of rail freight wagons

137 employees, including 93 in wagon manufacturing, workshop maintenance and handling.
Our design and innovation department enables us to meet all the demands of our customers and prospects with the aim of building shorter and lighter wagons.
Today we remain the main French reference in wagon construction.
